What kind of week are you having? My week has been awesome. All I can say is I admire all the women I coach. They are resilient, forward thinking, flexible, strong, innovative, considerate of others and I am so in awe of them!
 

If I could share with you ONE TIP this week, it would be to trust in YOUR OWN STRENGTHS!  And strengthen your strengths!   One of the coaching questions I ask is “What are your strengths?” and I encourage people to make a list of those strengths!  When you are working from your strengths, you are not only making money, you are growing your confidence to learn how to work on building your strengths in the areas you’re not good at.

I listen to those strengths when my clients share their Monday Marco Polo check-ins.

I wish there was a way I could save them for you to hear because you’d be jumping for joy like do.   I’m going to repeat 2 of them for you so you understand the POWER of weekly accountability!   These two clients check in with me EVERY WEEK without fail!

 

Hi Gale, it’s 11:35 am Monday, June 1^st here in Guam.  As you can see my office is empty,  the walls are bare the movers are packing us up.  BUT, I have to share with you that we have had our best month ever!   My personal volume was my highest yet and our team volume was the highest we’ve ever had.   We had 4 new people join the team.  It’s so awesome to have these great numbers given we are such a young team.  I am amazed at the activity on the whole team, including one person who told me she was never going to do the business and I’m helping her do another party next week.  I have a team party in Guam and another team What’s App party.  I can’t believe how high our team wound up for May.  We went over way over our stretch goal and hit a new team record. 

 

 

Hey Gale, just had to check in with you.   Had a short day at my day job today and am excited to tell you about the month of May!  My personal sales ended $1000 over my goal, and our team volume increased over 50% and it looks like in June we will be moving into the leadership position so I will hit the qualification months with ease.   I’ve had two new people join. One who found me on Facebook and another woman who loves our products. I’m working on my June bookings and helping my new team members hit their fast start program.  Thank you for your encouragement, can’t wait to let our team know our great month end stats.
